What to see?
- Going to museums / art gallery – British Museum, Tate Modern, Natural History, Science Museum – they are all free but are very big and will be absolutely packed so will take quite a long time to go around
- Walking – along the southbank (of the Thames) is beautiful as is walking through the west end / convent garden / oxford street / Trafalgar square
- Go to a show
- Going to the markets - Camden market if you want to go shopping, borough market for food
- Touristy things – the London eye is worth it / Buckingham palace is worth it / any of the bus tours of London are not
- Shopping – will leave it to you if you want to shop or not but going to the department stores like Harrods or bookstores like Foyles are quite fun even if you don’t buy anything
